Great match for Team USA against France. Most impressive of all was Gerek Meinhardt absolutely ripping apart an accomplished, veteran fencer in Victor Sintes 10-1. Race came in after and hung a 5-1 on LeFort to press the advantage, but I thought Gerek was the key to the whole contest.Italy was obviously a tough draw.
